My mom always made this bean dip for Sunday dinners, Super Bowl parties, and picnics. Everyone loves it and it always goes fast! Serve with your favorite tortilla or corn chips. You will want to double or triple this because it tastes even better the next day! Ingredients:
1 cup salsa |
1 (16 ounce) can refried beans |
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Pour all ingredients into a microwave safe bowl. 2. Heat in microwave until cheese is melted (approx 3-4 minutes). 3. Stir together and heat 2 more minutes. 4. Enjoy with tortilla chips! |
