I got this recipe from my mom. It's a big hit at family gatherings. Really cheesy and addicting! Ingredients:
14 ounces artichoke hearts (not marinated) |
1 cup grated parmesan cheese |
8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese |
1 cup mayonnaise |
1 teaspoon garlic salt |
chopped parsley or parsley flakes |
nabisco triscuits (for dipping) or garlic rye chips (for dipping) |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. Drain and coarsely chop artichokes. 3. Combine cheeses, mayonnaise and garlic. 4. Fold in artichokes. 5. Put in 1 1/2-quart casserole dish sprayed with Pam. 6. Sprinkle with Parsley. 7. Bake for 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly. |
