Mama Wang's Spinach Squares |

From Best of the Best from Michigan Cookbook which I received in the Bi-Annual Cookbook Swap. Ingredients:
4 tablespoons butter, melted |
1 cup all-purpose flour |
1 egg |
1 cup milk |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 tablespoon baking powder |
1 medium onion, grated |
1/2 lb cheddar cheese, grated |
1/2 lb monterey jack cheese, grated |
2 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained |
Directions:
1. Pour melted butter in bottom of 9x9-inch baking pan. 2. Mix flour, egg, milk, salt, and baking powder; add remaining ingredients. 3. Pour mixture into baking ban on top of butter and bake at 350° for 35 minutes; cool, cut, and serve. |
