This chicken salad is da bomb . Last September, a group of women from my church went to Gulf Shores, AL . Mama Rock(that's what we call her) brought this stuff...I couldn't keep out of it. No double dippin' tho'! Read more !! Ingredients:
2 cups cooked chicken |
1/2 cup celery(chopped small) |
2 tablespoons chopped onions (optional) |
1/4 cup dried cranberries |
1/4 cup golden raisins |
3/4 cup sour cream(or mayo) |
1/ 4 cup chopped pecans(optional) |
salt & pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Mix all together and enjoy! Especially good on some fresh croissants! Yeah buddy! |
