My late grandmother's yummiest trademark. Ingredients:
8 boneless chicken breasts |
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can reduced-fat cream of chicken soup |
1/4 cup white wine |
8 slices swiss cheese |
2 cups pepperridge herb stuffing mix |
1/2 cup butter |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Place the chicken breasts in a long casserole pan. 3. Place a slice of cheese on each. 4. Mix the chicken soup with the wine and pour over chicken and cheese. 5. Sprinkle with stuffing. 6. Pour melted butter on top. 7. Cook at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour, uncovered. |
