2 cups powdered sugar |
2 cups powdered milk |
1 cup cocoa powder |
1/2 cup instant malted milk powder |
2 teaspoons cornstarch |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
1 pinch cayenne |
Directions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients until evenly mixed. Store in an airtight container. 2. To serve: place 2 to 3 Tablespoons of the cocoa mix in a 6-ounce mug. Add boiling water. Stir to combine. Serve hot. |
