Adapted from Bobby Flay's Burgers, Fries and Shakes. Cook time is chill time. Ingredients:
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
1 1/2 tablespoons malt vinegar |
2 garlic cloves, crushed (or minced) |
2 tablespoons fresh tarragon, finely chopped |
salt |
pepper |
Directions:
1. Whisk all ingredients together. 2. Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes. 3. May be made up to 8 hours in advance. |
