Malt Vinegar-Tarragon Aioli (Bobby Flay)

Adapted from Bobby Flay's Burgers, Fries and Shakes. Cook time is chill time.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 1/2 tablespoons malt vinegar
2 garlic cloves, crushed (or minced)
2 tablespoons fresh tarragon, finely chopped
salt
pepper
Directions:
1. Whisk all ingredients together.
2. Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes.
3. May be made up to 8 hours in advance.
