Try this quick dip with fish or hush puppies. Ingredients:
2 cups malt vinegar |
1 large shallot, diced |
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper |
Directions:
1. Stir together vinegar, diced shallot, and freshly ground pepper in a small bowl. Serve immediately, or cover and chill up to 24 hours. |
