SF chronicle last year around the time of that BIG Football Game. Ortega green chiles are not too hot either. aka anaheim chile.grown in southern New Mexico. Great for family get togethers! Ingredients:
1 cup mayonnaise |
8 oz. cream cheese |
1/2 cup parmesan cheese |
1 small can green chiles, chopped (ortega, 4 oz) |
6 oz. jar artichoke hearts, drain and chop |
1 teaspoon worstershire sauce. |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Mix all ingredients together and spread into a 9 X 9 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with more parmesan.
3. Bake 30 minutes. Serve hot with all sorts of dippers. Chips, celery sticks, baby bok choy leaves , lettuce leaves to wrap, Use your imagination! how about a gingerbread man?!!
