one of my family favorite fried rice.perfect to eat during breakfast or lunch. Ingredients:
rice |
anchovies(i prefer the small ones) |
bird chillies |
onion |
eggs |
dry chilly paste |
sliced cucumber |
Directions:
1. heat the oil. add the onion. 2. add in the chilly paste.fry until cooked. 3. add in the bird chillies if used. 4. add in anchovies. 5. fried until anchovies are cooked. 6. add in the eggs. 7. wait until cooked. 8. add in the rice. 9. mix well. 10. serve with sliced cucumber. |
