This is my own recipe. Very crispy and tasty. Goes well with hot rice and curry. Ingredients:
10 chicken wings or 10 chicken drumsticks |
5 small onions, pounded |
3 garlic cloves, pounded |
3 cm fresh ginger, pounded |
1 tablespoon chicken curry powder |
1 teaspoon turmeric powder |
1 tablespoon chili paste |
2 tablespoons lime juice |
2 tablespoons flour |
salt |
sugar |
oil (for frying) |
Directions:
1. Mix all the ingredients and marinade for two hours. 2. Deep fry until cook through. 3. Serve hot with white rice. |
