This rub is great for beef, chicken and salmon. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons black peppercorns, cracked |
2 tablespoons red chilies, crushed |
2 tablespoons kosher salt, coarse |
1 tablespoon granulated garlic |
1 tablespoon granulated onion |
1/2 tablespoon sugar |
1/2 tablespoon curry powder |
1/2 tablespoon ground coriander |
Directions:
1. In a bowl mix together all the ingredients. 2. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. |
