Ingredients:
1 cup(s) butter |
fresh parsley chopped |
4 clove(s) garlic |
1 lemon cut in wedges |
1/4 teaspoon(s) marjoram |
1 medium onion chopped |
pepper to taste |
pinch of oregano |
salt to taste |
1/4 teaspoon(s) seafood seasoning |
2 pound(s) shark steaks rinced in cold water and patted dry |
1/8 teaspoon(s) thyme |
Directions:
1. Melt butter in saucepan over low heat and add whole garlic,onions,seasonings and herbs. remove from heat and allow to steep(1 hour) 2. place shark steaks in a baking dish and pour herb butter over fish. cook at 350F(15 minutes) and serve garnished with parsley and with lemon wedges to the side. |
