Oh boy, this is so good and low in Carbs too! EASY... From Recipe Club on the Net. Ingredients:
1/4 c butter (real butter) |
1 c sugar (i use 1/2 splenda) |
2 eggs |
1 c milk ( 2%) |
1/4 c self-rising flour |
1 c flaked coconut |
3/4 c chopped pecans |
Directions:
1. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after 2. each. Add milk and flour, blending well. Stir in coconut and pecans. 3. Pour into lightly greased 9 pie pan, and bake in preheated 350 oven 4. for 35 minutes, or until lightly browned. |
