Ingredients:
6 bacon stips, chopped |
1/2 cup(s) butter - cubed |
1 package(s) cream cheese softened |
1 teaspoon(s) garlic powder |
3 green onions, chopped |
1/4 cup(s) milk |
1 1/2 teaspoon(s) onion powder |
1/2 teaspoon(s) pepper |
3 pound(s) potatoes (9 medium) |
1 teaspoon(s) salt |
1 cup(s) shredded chedder cheese |
1/2 cup(s) sour cream |
Directions:
1. Boil Potatoes. Mash potatoes with cream cheese, sour cream and butter. Stir in milk and seasonings. 2. Cook bacon until crisp. Set aside. 3. Transfer potato mixture to a greased 13x9 baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese, onions and bacon. 4. Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes. |
