Ingredients:
1 cube(s) butter |
8 ounce(s) cream cheese |
9 large potatoes |
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt |
1/2 cup(s) sour cream |
1/4 teaspoon(s) white pepper |
Directions:
1. Boil potatoes, drain and beat until light and fluffy. Cut in butter and cream cheese, mix with beater or spoon. Add sour cream and seasonings. Pour into heavily buttered casserole. Cover and refrigerate. 2. When ready to reheat: 3. Bring to room temperature. Reheat at 300 for 30 minutes max. |
