Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter, softened |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
Directions:
1. Cream butter in a small mixing bowl. Add salt, pepper, parsley, and lemon juice; stir well. Store mixture in a covered container in refrigerator until ready to use. Serve butter at room temperature with pompano or other baked or broiled fish. |
