Another very impressive breakfast or brunch casserole sure to please all. It is so full of flavor. Be prepared to hand out the recipe. I make this for the office potlucks occasionally and I never bring enough. Read more . Hope you enjoy as much as we do. Ingredients:
1 bunch chopped scallions |
1 large chopped red pepper |
6 ounces crabmeat |
1 cup grated swiss cheese |
1 cup grated cheddar cheese |
8 large eggs |
2 cups half-and-half |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon freshly-ground black pepper |
1 cup fresh bread crumbs |
Directions:
1. Butter a quiche pan. 2. Beat eggs then mix all remaining ingredients together and add to eggs. 3. Pour into pan and bake at 350 until set. 4. Cut into pie shaped pieces and serve hot. |
