This whole-roasted chicken is tender and moist when braised with honey mustard, cider vinegar, and lemon juice.
Ingredients:
1 (3 pound) whole chicken
3 tablespoons mailleĀ® honey dijon mustard
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
juice of half a lemon
Directions:
1. Coat whole chicken with a mixture of MailleĀ® Honey Dijon, cider vinegar and lemon juice.
2. Season chicken with salt and pepper and arrange in an ovenproof casserole.
3. Brown the chicken, then cover with a lid and let cook for another 45 minutes or until thoroughly cooked. Serve with seasonal vegetables cooked in butter.
