Maid-Rite is called Nu-Way in Kansas, but they are both absolutely delicious. Try it and see for yourself! Ingredients:
2 lbs ground beef |
1 medium onion, chopped |
1 can chicken broth |
salt and pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Crumble beef in skillet and brown over medium to medium-low heat; add onion and cook until onion begins to turn clear. 2. Drain off fat. 3. Meat should be very crumbly. 4. Add broth and cook down until juice is almost gone. 5. Salt and pepper to taste. 6. Serve on steamed buns with mustard,pickle and curly fries. 7. Yummm! |
