Ingredients:
2 ounces fresh coconut water or malibu rum |
2 ounces pineapple juice |
1 ounce blue curacao |
1 ounce vodka |
a spritz dry vermouth |
lime wedge (shaken in the shaker, not squeezed) |
Directions:
1. Combine the coconut water, pineapple juice, blue curacao, vodka, vermouth and lime wedge in a shaker. Shake for 1 minute. Serve cold. Repeat for additional servings. 2.
