Great source of whole grains, perfect on chilly winter mornings. Ingredients:
3/4 cup dry wild rice |
3/4 cup dry red rice |
1/4 cup dry quinoa |
1/4 cup walnuts |
1/4 cup dried blueberries |
1/4 cup craisins |
1/4 cup maple syrup |
1/4 cup heavy cream |
Directions:
1. Cook up rice and quinoa. Add berries, walnuts, maple syrup and cream. Heat through and serve. |
