Ingredients:
margarine or butter, for flat grill |
14 ounces mahi mahi, cut into 4 pieces |
garlic and herb seasoning |
Directions:
1. Oil the flat grill top with margarine or butter. Place fish down on grill and put a weight on top. Cook until browned on 1 side. Take off weight and flip. Lightly season with garlic and herb seasoning. Continue cooking until just cooked through. Add water under the weight to steam, if desired. 2.
