1 large onion |
2 -3 carrots, cut up |
1 cup tomato juice |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
2 tablespoons tapioca |
1 tablespoon sugar |
Directions:
1. Line pan with oubrowned meat. 2. Add vegetables. 3. Sprinkle with salt pepper sugar and tapioca. 4. Add juice cover with foil. 5. Cook at 300 degrees for 4 hours. |
