The magic is coconut oil. Virgin coconut oil will make this taste like a Bounty Bar, yum! Or use refined coconut oil, which has less flavor. Recipe is easily doubled. Ingredients:
1 cup chocolate chips |
1/2 cup coconut oil |
1 pinch salt (optional) |
Directions:
1. Melt ingredients together over low heat or in microwave on medium power in 30 second increments, stirring until melted, and pour over ice cream.
