Eat this with a fork as it's very sticky. This recipe is from Body Building. I have not tried this recipe, but I'm posting it for safe keeping.
Ingredients:
16 tablespoons 100% whey protein powder (8 scoops, vanilla is best)
3 cups oats
3 ounces sugar free pudding mix (any flavor)
2 cups skim milk
Directions:
1. Mix until a sticky batter has formed (this may take a few minutes).
2. Use a large spoon to spread mix into the bottom of a Pam sprayed glass or metal cooking tray (spread until even).
3. Put in the fridge overnight and cut into 8 equal bars.
