This is a favorite recipe! Ingredients:
5 pounds baking potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes |
8 oz package cream cheese, softened |
1/2 cup butter, softened |
1 cup milk |
1 teaspoon seasoned salt |
1/2 cup onion, diced fine |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
paprika |
cheddar cheese, grated (optional) |
Directions:
1. Cook potatoes in boiling water and when tender, drain and mash. Set aside. 2. Combine cream cheese and butter until well blended; stir in milk and onions, salt and pepper. 3. Fold into potatoe mixture; mix well. Place in 13x9 baking dish evenly and top with paprika and cheddar cheese if desired. 4. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes or until thoroughly heated. |
