1. Preheat oven at 180C (375F) 2. In a large bowl combine all ingredients. 3. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto a greased floured baking sheet 4. Garnish with blanched almonds before baking. 5. bake 8-10 min or until lightly browned. 6. remove from baking sheet at once and cool on rack 7. Indent centres slightly and fill with jam. 8. store loosely covered at room temperature.
