This dessert is so easy to make and so good too. Make sure not to stir anything in the pan though. It will separate into layers while baking. I guess that's why it's magic . Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter, melted |
1 (32 ounce) can fruit filling, any flavor |
3/4 cup milk |
1 cup sugar |
1 cup flour |
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder |
Directions:
1. Melt butter in bottom of 9 x 9-inch or 10 x 8-inch glass baking dish. 2. Make batter by mixing milk, sugar, flour, and baking powder. 3. Pour batter over melted butter in pan. 4. Do not stir. 5. Pour fruit filling over batter in pan. 6. Do not stir. 7. Bake at 350°F for 50-60 minutes or until browned. 8. *For apple filling, sprinkle with sinnamon-sugar mixture before baking. 9. *For cherry filling, add a little almond extract to batter. |
