Favorite recipe for many years. This is the recipe I got off the back of the can of Eagle Sweetened & Condensed Milk years ago. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs |
1/2 cup butter, this equals one stick |
14 ounces eagle brand condensed milk |
12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips |
1 cup chopped nuts (we prefer pecans) |
1 1/3 cups shredded coconut |
Directions:
1. Preheat Oven to 350. 2. Melt butter 3. Combine Graham Cracker Crumbs and Melted Butter together. 4. Press into 13 x 9 inch pan. 5. Layer remaining ingredients in order. 6. Press down lightly 7. Bake for 25 minutes, or until lightly browned. Make sure that the toppings have kind of melted into the Eagle Milk, and the Coconut is lightly browned/toasted. |
