This makes a nice gift. Ingredients:
1-6oz. package chocolate chips |
1-3 1/2oz. bag flaked coconut or 1 1/3 c. |
1 c. chopped pecans |
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs |
Directions:
1. Use a 1 quart, wide-mouth canning jar.
2. Pack each layer.
3. To the jar add the chocolate chips, the coconut, and the pecans.
4. Place the graham cracker crumbs into a plastic sandwich bag or sealing bag and place the bag in the jar on top of the packed ingredients.
5. Seal and decorate the jar, and attach the following instructions on a recipe tag.

7. You will need:
8. 1/2 c. butter, melted
9. 1-14oz. can condensed milk
10. Use a 9x13x2 baking pan and pour in the melted butter.
11. Spread the graham cracker crumbs.
12. In a large bowl, add the condensed milk and the jar contents and mix.
13. Pour onto the crumbs and pack firmly in the pan.
14. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until lighly golden.
15. Cool.
