a quick and easy sandwich spread. Quantity is approximate. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups cooked smoked ham |
1/3 cup chicken broth |
1 tablespoon deli dijon mustard |
Directions:
1. Add ingredients in the order they appear to the tall-cup and twist on the cross blade.
2. Give it 5-6 pulses. Then another pulse, let the ingredients settle, then repeat until you've reached a good consistency.
3. SUGGESTIONS:.
4. Serve sandwich-style on bread or pulse until smooth and serve it pate-style as a spread on crackers or slices of crusty Italian or French bread.
5. Pinwheel sandwiches. Spread the ham and some cream cheese evenly over lavash bread and roll up into a log. Slice into 1/2-3/4 inch rounds - you may need toothpicks to fold the wheels together.
