                                                1/4 teaspoon ginger  |  
                                                1 tablespoon cider vinegar (an organic one, like bragg's, is preferred.)  |  
                                                2 tablespoons water  |  
                                                1 tablespoon honey (use a locally produced raw honey, if possible.)  |
