Can be eaten with meat, rice and beans, or snack. Ingredients:
1 c corn oil |
3 yellow plantains |
Directions:
1. Peel the plantains by cutting off the ends and making a slit straight down the skin and peel apart than slice any way you desire. Heat oil in skillet and fry the plantain slices until golden brown on all sides. |
