Ingredients:
125g marg
1 cup castor sugar
2 eggs
tspn vanills ess
2 cups flour
2 tspn baking pwd
3/4 cup milk
Directions:
1. cream marg and sugar
2. add eggs,one at a time
3. add ess
4. add flour and baking powd
5. add milk and mix
6. pour in loaf tin
7. bake at 180 degrees
8. when done remove
9. spread caramel thickly on top and sprinkle with chopped pecans
