I found this after a trip to Madagascar. I had to translate it from French. Ingredients:
1 tomato, chopped |
1 3/4 ounces meat |
1 lb cassava, cubed (manioc) |
2 cups water (little more if you need it) |
1 pinch salt |
Directions:
1. Place all in a pot. Cook til soft. Mash. |
