A rich very tangy and tasty green peppercorn sauce, ideal for steak! Ingredients:
1 tablespoon butter |
1 teaspoon tomato sauce |
1 teaspoon english mustard |
3 tablespoons madagascar green peppercorns |
100 ml brandy |
250 ml cream |
Directions:
1. Melt butter in pan. 2. Add tomato sauce and English mustard and green peppercorns. 3. Fry for 3 minutes, till bubbling. 4. Add brandy, flambe till alcohol burnt out. 5. Add cream and simmer on low heat until desired thickness is reached. |
