Running late on Monday morning? Throw this shake together for a quick and easy breakfast you can drink on your commute. Ingredients:
1 cup milk |
1 scoop vanilla protein shake mix |
1 banana |
1/2 cup mixed berry, fresh works best |
1 tablespoon granola cereal (optional) |
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients except granola into blender. 2. Mix until berries & banana are smooth. 3. Pour into cup that won't tip over in the car. 4. Top with granola (optional). 5. Race off to whatever the day has ahead. |
