Ingredients:
5 ounces unsalted butter |
5 egg yolks |
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 medium chipotle pepper |
Directions:
1. Melt butter in a small pan over low heat and set aside. Add all the remaining ingredients to a blender or a food processor. Turn blender on medium speed and slowly drizzle in the hot melted butter until all the butter is emulsified. Serve immediately. 2.
