This recipe comes from Rita Romano's Dining In The Raw-very simple, very yummy! Ingredients:
1/2 cup rolled oats |
1/2 cup whole wheat flour |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/4 cup canola oil |
1/4 cup maple syrup |
2 teaspoons vanilla |
1/2 teaspoon braggs liquid aminos |
Directions:
1. Combine dry ingredients. 2. combine wet ingredients. 3. mix together and let sit 15 minutes. 4. drop onto lightly oiled sheet. 5. bake at 350 degrees for 15 mins until golden-dont overbake. |
