Ingredients:
2 cups (1-inch) cubed red watermelon
1 cup (1-inch) cubed yellow watermelon
1 cup (1-inch) cubed cantaloupe
1 cup (1-inch) cubed honeydew
2 cups pineapple wine, chilled (recommended: tedeschi)
fresh mint sprigs, for garnish
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine the fruit with the wine. Let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes. Garnish with mint.
