Macaroni Vegetable Soup

Ingredients:
2 can(s) (14-1/2 ounces each) chicken broth
1 can(s) (15 ounces) white kidney or cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
1 tablespoon(s) butter
1 medium carrot, halved amd thinlt sliced
1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon(s) cayenne pepper
1/2 cup(s) finely chopped onion
1/2 cup(s) frozen corn
1 cup(s) tomato or vegetable juice
1/2 cup(s) uncooked elbow macaroni
1 medium zucchini, julienned
Directions:
1. In a large saucepan, saute zucchini, onion and carrot in butter until tender. Add broth and tomato juice. Bring to a boil; stir in macaroni and cayenne. Cook for 10 minutes or until macaroni is tender. Stir in beans and corn; heat through.
