Macaroni Salad

I got this in one of those local cookbooks (can't recall which one). Yummy!
Ingredients:
6 cups macaroni (cooked)
4 hard-boiled eggs (jumbo)
14 ounces peas, drained if using canned
1 cup cheese, cubed
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup celery, diced
1/2 onion, diced
1/2 cup cucumber, diced
2 1/2 cups salad dressing
1/2 cup milk
3 tablespoons granulated sugar
3 tablespoons white vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Add vegetables, diced eggs, and cheese to cooked macaroni.
2. For the dressing, mix salad dressing, milk, sugar, vinegar, and salt in a separate bowl.
3. Add to macaroni and gently mix.
4. Chill several hours.
