I got this in one of those local cookbooks (can't recall which one). Yummy! Ingredients:
6 cups macaroni (cooked) |
4 hard-boiled eggs (jumbo) |
14 ounces peas, drained if using canned |
1 cup cheese, cubed |
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved |
1/2 cup celery, diced |
1/2 onion, diced |
1/2 cup cucumber, diced |
2 1/2 cups salad dressing |
1/2 cup milk |
3 tablespoons granulated sugar |
3 tablespoons white vinegar |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Add vegetables, diced eggs, and cheese to cooked macaroni. 2. For the dressing, mix salad dressing, milk, sugar, vinegar, and salt in a separate bowl. 3. Add to macaroni and gently mix. 4. Chill several hours. |
