This is something that whenever my family has a BBQ or a picnic we always have. It is one of my husband favorite. Which he begs me to make all the time. It is easy and quick, and will be a favorite. Ingredients:
32 ounces uncooked macaroni noodles |
1 cup mayonnaise |
1/4 cup vinegar |
2/3 cup sugar |
2 1/2 tablespoons mustard |
1 1/2 teaspoons salt |
1 large onion, chopped |
2 stalks celery, chopped |
4 eggs, diced (optional) |

Directions:
1. First heat the water up to a rolling boil, then add the noodles. Cook for ten minute, then drain. At the same time boil the eggs for at least 10 to 15 minutes.Next mix the mayo, mustard, vinegar, sugar, and salt together. Mix this in with the noodles, and then add the onion, celery, and eggs. Put in the fridge for at least an hour to get cold. Then serve. |
