Cool and crisp for summer Ingredients:
2 cups elbow macaroni |
2 small cucumbers |
2 tomatoes |
1 green pepper |
1 onion |
1 3/4 cups miracle whip light |
1/4 cup milk |
Directions:
1. Cook macaroni to desired firmness. drain, place in bowl. 2. cut up vegetables, place in bowl with macaroni. add milk and mayo. 3. refridgerate for 2 hours then serve. |
