This dish puts a new twist on pasta. Sort of reminds me of potato salad without the potato! Ingredients:
1 package (7 1/4 oz) macaroni and cheese |
1/4 cup milk |
1/2 cup butter or margarine |
2 tablespoons dijon mustard |
4 hard cooked eggs, chopped |
2 medium tomatoes, chopped |
1 small cucumber, peeled and chopped |
2 teaspoons chopped onion |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Prepare macaroni and cheese with milk and butter according to package directions. 2. Place macaroni in large bowl and cool for 15 minutes. 3. Stir in mayonise, mustard. 4. Fold in remaining ingreadents. Keep cool until serving. |
