very very tasy Ingredients:
100 g macaroni (boiled) |
1 medium tomato |
1 large onion |
1/2 teaspoon chili powder |
1/2 teaspoon cumin |
1 teaspoon lemon juice |
salt |
1 teaspoon oil |
1 small capsicum |
Directions:
1. Cut all the Vegetables lengthwise. 2. Heat oil & do the seasoning .Add Onions fry till translucent. 3. Add ginger paste ,potatoes ,salt,tumeric & cover to 4. cook for few minutes. 5. Mix in tomatoes ,cook till juice wilts from tomatoes. 6. Add coriander ,chilli powder 7. Mix in macaroni pasta & adjust the seasoning. |
