2 cups cold. cooked elbow macaroni |
4 cups diced diced cold cooked lamb |
1 large onion, peeled and chopped |
1 cup diced green pepper |
3/4 cup salad dressing or 3/4 cup mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon prepared mustard |
1/2 teaspoon dill weed |
salt, pepper to taste |
2 medium tomatoes, peeled and sliced |
1 medium cucumber, peeled and sliced |
Directions:
1. Combine macaroni, lamb, onion, and green pepper in a large bowl. 2. Mix salad dressing or mayonnaise, mustard, dill weed, salt, and pepper; add to macaroni-lamb mixture. 3. Garnish with tomatoes and cucumbers, and refrigerate until ready to serve, or serve at once. |
