This recipe has been in my family for as long as anyone can remeber. Its a delicous dish. And is very inexpesive.
Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) box macaroni
1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
1/2 cup butter
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
Directions:
1. Boil pasta until done but firm.
2. Drain any excess warter.
3. Drop in butter.
4. Add evaporated milk.
5. Bring to a boil.
6. Turn heat downn to medium
7. Simmer 7-9 minutes - stirring every couple minutes.
8. Remove from heat.
9. Let stand coverd 5 minutes.
10. Salt and Pepper to taste.
