Macaroni & Cheese With Ham |

I found the recipe on the cottage cheese container. Ingredients:
1/2 lb elbow macaroni |
2 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese |
1 1/2 cups cooked ham, diced |
1 1/2 cups sour cream |
1 cup cottage cheese |
2 green onions, finely chopped |
1 egg, lightly beaten |
salt |
pepper |
Directions:
1. Cook macaroni until al dente. 2. Drain well. 3. Combine 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese and remaining ingredients in large bowl. 4. Stir in macaroni. 5. Mix well. 6. Turn into greased 9 inch (2.5 litre) baking dish. 7. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. 8. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until hot. 9. Broil lightly if desired for a crisp golden brown top. |
